Storytelling is my passion and I love helping and collaborating with others to tell their own story - beautifully. I went to film school so you don’t have to (if you don’t want to). I love sharing my creative process in a variety of ways to inspire, educate, and nurture the inner storyteller in all of us. I do that through creative practice, technical filmmaking skills, and storytelling techniques.

    Hi, I’m Hallease

    Hallease Narvaez, known simply as Hallease, is a filmmaker, digital storyteller, and creative entrepreneur based in Atlanta. She's produced original online content for PBS Digital Studios, Target, Google, and YouTube through her production company, StumbleWell. 

    Her first comedy web series, "This Coulda Been An Email", was featured at the BronzeLens Film Festival in Atlanta and is available to watch on YouTube and KweliTV. She is a former YouTube Black Voices Fund recipient and a former Adobe Creative Resident.

    When she's not telling stories online and sparking creative conversations with fellow artists through her podcast "Tryna Be Somebody", she teaches everything she knows about storytelling via Skillshare.  She's currently working on producing and directing her first sci-fi/suspense short film "Separate The Wheat From The Chaff."
